Framing second floor

They've begun framing our second floor. They are a bit behind schedule and told us they are feeling the pressure to get it done. They should make a decent amount of progress with the good weather coming up.

Tip: Floor plan measurements are based on outside of wall to outside of wall. That means the interior square footage is smaller than what the blueprints indicate. We found this out the hard way and had to make some adjustments that have slowed us down. Not the end of the world but going to be more money and time to fix. Live and learn.

The house is ending up to be taller than I envisioned and views from the kids' bedroom windows are pretty nice.
